Dogs on a six-foot lease can stretch their four legs year-round on nearby Cape Cod National Seashore beaches. Exceptions include lifeguard-protected swimming areas and posted shorebird nesting spots.
The Cape Cod Rail Trail, located right at the back of our property, is very dog friendly and many cafes and stopping points along the way have water bowls filled up for Fido. In Provincetown, the Pilgrim Bark Park was recently voted the second best dog park in America and offers two areas, one for small dogs and another for the big bruisers. Pilgrim Bark Park is home to a smattering of dog-friendly play structures, as well as many beautiful sculptures donated by local artists.
Also in Provincetown, the 4.9-mile Long Point Trail leads man and his best friend along remote unspoiled stretches of beach with views of both the Bay and the Atlantic, past towering lighthouses to the breezy tip of Cape Cod.
